I wonder if it'll ever come out who voted for the Storm penalty and who voted against it. doubtful... my guess if former uif teams except billings voted no everyone else voted yes

I'd guess the same as you, only with Billings similarly voting "no."
Really, does Rochester that badly want to lose by 50 at home to the Storm (assuming they get by RiverCity, which is 50/50)?
