By the way, shouldn't their "self insurance" cover this sort of thing? you're being kind of a tool here bro. Just because you're jealous of all of their success over the years doesn't mean you have to kick them while they're down and then spit on their grave after they die.

Apperently you have never hated another team. I suppose you want the Sooners to have the best luck in life?

Apperently you have never hated another team. I suppose you want the Sooners to have the best luck in life? the Sooners... nope, I don't wish them to get disbanded as a program. That is what you guys are wishing on the Storm. There is a difference between a rivalry and wishing "death" on someone or something (the Storm or Sooners in this case).

they've seen this coming for what four years since the local court ruled in the kids favor...
The incident happened in 2002, would be covered by liability, not workers comp..
At least when the storm thinks the world is out to get us, it really is. not some made up "the refs cost us a title" bunch of hooey. really doobi, not only do your comments make you look extremely bitter and spiteful, but sometimes rather ignorant and uneducated as well. If you didn't have the Storm, who ya gonna pick on then? the little girl that sings the national anthem. I don't want anyone's pity, just reflect on how YOU would feel if this manure was happening to you.

I just think its funnier than ****. You guys are the ones talking about "death" or being disbanded as a program. I never wish to spit on their grave after they die. I don't want the strom to quit playing,
I just root for two things, one for them to look like asses and two for them to lose every game. You fans and your owner take care of the first part and I hope the Bandits take care of the second part. Your the guys that sound bitter and spitefull and rather ignorant and uneducated. You guys have known me for years, you know the kind of fan I am.
And as far as how I would feel if this manure was happening to me, let me just say that I wouldn't wish it on anyone but the strom...
And maybe Lincoln and Tri City and Rapid City, and Omaha and Wichita, and River city and...

when it comes to $$$
you can be the biggest fan of team x,Y or Z it don't matter, when courts want $$$ they don't have any favs or hate jut pay the $$$.
ask any dude who pays child support! there is no s.Falls conspiracy or the storm is evil campaign.
I don't wish $$$ problems on any team (even the teams or leagues I hate) $$$ has no fav. Team.

So what are the Storms' options from here? Unless I am misreading it all, this seems like it would finish them. The only hope is to start another team with a different name and hire back Riggs and the players I'd think.

As crappy of teams that SC has had in 06, and 07, and the way things went the last two years you would think we would be asking teams to take mercy on us, but nope we want to you bring it all so we can overcome a bigger mountain.
Imagine in 07 when we had 14 QBs, us asking the Storm to not start there D-linemen so our team can can compete.

www.keloland.com/_video/_videoplayer_embed.cfm?type=netcast&videoFile=FriNewsTenThe 3rd story in the broadcast deals with the lawsuit. The suit names two parties 1) Sioux Falls Storm, a/k/a K.T LLC and 2) Sioux Falls Arena. My questions - 1) What is the break down in liability between the Storm and the Arena? Its the Storm's equipment, but as far as I know, the Arena and their staff (stage hands union) do all of the installation. According to the report, the real problem was with the installation of the turf. 2) Does this liability transfer with the change in ownership or does it stay with "K.T. LLC"?

You know BT I think you a good guy but I gotta throw the BS flag there. The world is not out to get you guys.Take some blame here its nobody else fault but the storms. There is video proof the kick is no good its not made up.Like Ive never heard the storm fans complain about the refs.....REALLY its just Bandit fans??Give me a break. The penalty should have been a much larger IMO and I will bet this NOBODY self insures next year so I guess message sent and message received....again stop blaming the world and the league the storm put themselves in this position NOBODY ELSE DID.

No, I agree that the soon to be dismissed front office royally screwed the pooch, all around.
But the issues are very real, and very huge. Tangible, unlike many of the Bandit fans claims over the years.. that's all I'm saying.
