Purple Bear, my 10-year-old daughter, has gotten me addicted to playing Wii Sports with her.
I kick rear end at Golf, go up and down on bowling, am getting better on baseball (hard to get a hit off my pitching, but my hitting needs work), and I just started on the tennis and boxing. These are my current scores (1000 is pro level):
Tennis: 547 Baseball: 876 Bowling: 1073 (high game 222) Golf: 1572 (was at 1650+ before) and low round of -10 Boxing: 345
As MC Hammer would say..."Can't Touch This." Ok, they're not that great, but I doubt anyone can beat me at golf or hit my pitching.

Improved my baseball up to 889. It's getting tough at this level...I've struck out so much I'm having flashbacks to last the time I was single and was at a bar trying to pick up girls (that night actually paved the way to my first marriage...ugh).

I bought my Wii primarily for the Wii Fit. Man oh Man! What a workout!
On Wii Sports, my 13-year-old daughter kills me every time at golf and bowling. But when it comes to tennis, baseball, and golf, I've got her number!
;D

We got the Wii in June and got a Wii Fit today... Cant wait to get it unboxed! I need to get the Wii Fit now, heard it was great. I'm a PRO (over 1,000 points) on Golf, Bowling, Baseball, and Tennis now. Tennis has actually supplanted golf as my new favorite. I need tips or tricks on boxing. I can't make it to 600, hover just below it. On Tennis, practice with the training for just a bit to get your motion down, all you need is a flick of the wrist and you just need to get your timing down. I hold the remote straight up and down and then flick the wrist depending on which was the Mii and the ball is coming. A lot of fun. If you want a killer fast serve, hit the ball at it's apex...it's hard to get exact, but when you do that ball really flies. A funny thing, but unusual, is if a ball goes near the stands and the Mii goes after it and lands in the stands, he's stuck there until after the next point is scored, so it'd be 2 against 1 until then...lol...hard to get happen though.

Madden is really cool.. as the QB, you actually go through the throwing motion.. and if you play the WR, to catch the ball you have to raise both arms.. but you have complete control of the route you run

Wii fit rocks. Wii sports - I haven't played in a while, but I know I am pro in several - baseball, bowling, golf and tennis. I'll have to look next time I play for exact numbers. Not a big boxing fan on wii sports, but really like the rhythm boxing on wii fit.

If it's one of the other systems, are their controllers starting to mimick the Wii system now? Excuse my ignorance, I've never had a gaming system before buying the Wii for my daughter recently.

Madden is for Wii..... and you use the controller and the numchuk. You actually pull your arms back to take the snap from center, use the controller as if you were throw a pass... on defense, you have to move your arms like you are tackling to make a tackle... It is a workout.. and fun, especially when you have more then 1 on the same team

WOW! I just might have to add Madden to the list to get along with Wii Fit. That's awesome. I'm gonna get my daughter into it, oh yeah.

Golf I'm almost back to 1600, Baseball and Tennis I'm in the 1200s, Bowling I'm in the 1100s, and Boxing I'm still just under 600. Someone give me some Wii Tips for Boxing...I'm stuck.

Figured out in Wii Boxing I don't have to do the real punches and just flicks of the wrist and now I'm doing better.
Bought Madden 2009 for the Wii and Wii Fit yesterday for the household. I probably won't get to try them until I get back from a scheduled trip in three weeks though. I can't wait to beat my daughter in Madden (which I've never played so that should be interesting).

Madden Wii isn't bad, but I was on basic level. I played as the Chargers and beat the Chiefs 46-0 my first time out. I can imagine what happens when I make it to advanced level though.
Wii Fit is ok, but very lightweight I think. I like the skiing and ski jump though. Wii Fit is mostly a balance thing.
