Shackleford can lick me. The worst ref'd home game since Sioux Falls 2 years ago. We lived at the 6 inch line all afternoon and couldn't punch it in. The penalties were horrible all night. Whatever happened to home field advantage? Shackleford, you are a blind POS. The Fever taunted the crowd every chance they could. #13 (Ratti-ptui), I would love to remind your POS a$$ that you are going home on the short bus. Enjoy your time off. Just an awful team in general. We enjoyed ****-slapping them all season. Losers. Taunt your butts to the couch. I didn't see the game, but how can you get so worked up about players taunting the crowd? This isn't the NFL or NCAA football where the crowd is usually at least 20 yards from the action. This is indoor football! Players are within feet of fans and sometimes even end up in their laps. Do you really think there isn't going to be interaction between players and fans? Do you think the opposing players are just going to smile and wave at the opposing crowd? Get with it!! It happens in every game of indoor football. Who cares! And you know what most of the time its a jack*** in the stands who starts it. You probably think that Billings players never taunt anyone when they are on the road. They are all just nice little choir boys.

they're just not used to opposing players acting like ... well.. outlaws in their own house.
*please... not the usage of a lower case "o" in that word... it was a pun.... not an insinuation that the Billings players are thugs... if they are I've got no proof... They don't celebrate beating the Storm in a classy manner... but hey that happens..

My favorite games are when opposing players are dishing it back to me in good fun. And when that happens 9 out of 10 times they will come and say good bye and give some high fives after the Outlaws beat them.
After the Storm game James Terry had a little chat with me. I told them I hope to see them in a few weeks, and he told me they would be back. For some reason feedback for the opponents are better than from the Outlaws.

The seating was ok, not great. But, for what they had to work with I thought they did a great job. I had a 75 year old woman tell me to sit down because I was in her way... I am 5'4 and have never been told that in my life! The people around me told them everyone is standing and they should move if they aren't happy. 10 minutes later the Granny is standing and dancing in her aisle!! haha.
No beer allowed in the arena was rediculous but I found a way around the rules....:0)
The Fever outplayed Billings a little in the 2nd and 3rd qtr. But Billings pounded Tri-Cities in the 1st and 4th qtr. and that was the difference. As for taunting, I thought the Fever D coord. was out of line when he made the rubbing of fingers gesture( Billings paying the ref's)to the fans 2 minutes into the game. Other than that I don't have problem with opposing players working the crowd...

I've sat on the wall the past two years at home and I have to say it is a lot of fun chatting with opposing players. I've sat on the wall many times before that, but having season tickets for it is even better in my opinion...well worth the extra dough I threw out. I've never seen any opposing player carry over the game chat to post game with fans, except on a few occasions when a fan went out of line by throwing something. I've seen plenty of heated battles on the field that have spilled over into the post game though.

Yellowstone, was it the "regular" officials or did they bring some new ones in?

Both sides were giving it, but some players actually make friends with the fans giving them hell. We like those guys and kind of root for them. We keep hoping that will always be the case, but I guess some guys refuse to do so and that is reality. Your point is noted.
