I don't know anything about Hands On Sports, but it seems like this is a good move as far as getting a professional company to handle sponsorships.
From GoIFL:
IFL Teams Up with Hands On Sports
The Indoor Football League (IFL) and Hands On Sports & Entertainment have announced a partnership with representing the IFL’s sponsorship rights. The agreement will see Hands On Sports & Entertainment handle all sponsor rights for the IFL, which opened its 3rd season on February 19th.
“We are looking forward to this dynamic new partnership that will help to take the Indoor Football League to the next level,” said IFL Commissioner Tommy Benizio. “The Indoor Football League provides an exciting sport with high scoring and hard hitting action in 22 cities across the United States and internationally respected Hands On Sports & Entertainment is the right company to help us maximize our potential.”
"The IFL has had a very successful first 2 years," said Rob Sine, President of Hands On Sports & Entertainment. "I am very confident that Hands On Sports & Entertainment’s experience in team and league sponsorship sales throughout North America will provide the IFL with the necessary capabilities for additional growth of the sport and its brand into the future," Sine concluded.
Hands On Sports and the Indoor Football League will be working diligently in the third season to obtain national sponsorship. Hands On Sports and Entertainment have been providing the sports world with ticket sales training, marketing, and franchise consultation since its start in 2006.

"Minor league pro football is a weird universe filled with bounced checks, unpaid bills, empty promises, out-right lies, empty arenas, endless women, endless booze, occasionally drugs, endless trips on rented buses to towns on the outskirts of the Big Time and, for one night a week, a football game." -- Bill Shea
