I dont know about that BT .That would then imply that the Bandits never have cheated which in turn would mean Bob really is the Saint that he thinks he is and I for one chose to believe otherwise.

That's what's I've always said.. I figure there are things that aren't addressed within the league by-laws that teams that can afford to, use as their recruiting advantage.
Example...Are performance based "bonuses" legal? no one seems to have ever been given a definitive answer

Definitely illegal.
That is one of the reasons why a coach in Nebraska was suspended ie promising performance based cash incentives.

Yeah, I like how on two Nebraska broadcasts and also all news articles out of Nebraska, that they don't mention the suspension of Mike Davis at all. They talk to Coach Pimmel and make ref that he's the defensive coordinator, but never say anything about the head coach not being there. It's like they were told by the GM not to mention it or something.
