Things like this is why I tell my daughter to be careful of everyone, even people she's known for awhile since some people are just looking for the right opportunity to show their true colors.
Utterly sickening. All covered up to protect their fake holier-than-thou reputation. Those that still believe Joe Paterno didn't cover this up are living in a fantasy world. This is going to destroy the university, and deservedly so.sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2011/magazine/11/16/penn.st/index.html?&sct=cf_t12_a7

There's some sick people in this world, but this guy is definitely among the top tier of them. Using a charity to groom boys into rape candidates, jeez. Joe Pa's right up there with him for covering all this up and allowing it to continue after he found out about it. This whole thing is very sickening, makes me trust people even less (which wasn't much before).rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/news?slug=ap-pennstate-abuse

I always thought Paterno would die on the sidelines one day. It's terrible that his career had to end like this but the fact is that he could have and should have done a lot more. You can't ignore accusations like that. Sandusky should have been prosecuted 20 years ago.
I also can't beleive that journalists would seriously ask the victims what they think of Paterno's legacy. Did they think any of them would wish him the best?

That said, would any of us really be surprised if that question *were* asked at some point, either on or off the record?

Is that for real? Wow.

Yeah, that happened. I understand why he went with the "1-800-REALITY" quip; it was clever. But given how bad your luck has been, it would've been prudent to call that particular number to make sure it isn't something bad.
