Discuss the Wichita @ Allen Week 1 matchup here!
Wichita is coming off a down year after a couple of great playoff runs. Can they right the ship this season?
Allen is coming off a solid season and playoff berth, but has added a major media storm in signing Terrell Owens. Can they survive the coming season and emerge victorious or will they end up as another indoor football catastrophe?

Head Coach Patrick Pimmel had to have been under some incredible pressure last night. Imagine the fallout he would've faced from the owner, GM Drew Pearson, fans, and others if Owens didn't have a successful night. If it was me, I would've designed a quick easy pass underneath just to get him started right away, but give Pimmel credit, he played him like a true WR and most of the throws his way were way down the field. Using him as a decoy didn't work too well though, the other WRs, though great talents themselves, dropped a lot of balls last night for some reason.

If I'm reading the stats right, half of Randall's 6 completions were to Owens. I mean, they aren't going to go too far completing 6 passes against Wichita.

It could be that other WRs were feeling more pressure than Owens with all the media scrutiny and such.
