UIFL Announces Week Four Honor Roll

FT. MYERS, FL - The UIFL has announced its week four honor roll for the week ending March 25.
The Conquest Cards Offensive Players of the Week are Erie quarterback A.J. McKenna (North) and Mississippi quarterback Jamie Boland (South). McKenna, in his first Erie game, accounted for all 11 touchdowns in the Explosion win over Western Pennsylvania. He finished the game 20-of-32 for 282 yards and seven passing touchdowns. He added four rushing scores on four carries for 15 yards.
Boland led the Hound Dogs to their first win of the season, throwing for six touchdowns on 12-of-18 passing and 199 yards.
Cincinnati linebacker Antwone Canady (North) and Mississippi linebacker Brandon Bruce (South) are the recipients of the All-Star PR Cincinnati Defensive Player of the Week. In his first start, Canady filled up the stat sheet with 10 tackles, four tackles for loss, one sack, one forced fumble and returned a fumble for a touchdown. Meanwhile, Bruce compiled nine tackles, one sack, a forced fumble and scored a touchdown.
A pair of kickers, Marion's Trey Kramer (North) and Florida's Ross Gornall (South), bring home the Trophy Awards Special Teams Players of the Week honors. Kramer was 4-of-5 on extra points and 2-for-4 on field goals in the Blue Racers victory over Johnstown. Gornall accounted for 14 points, including two field goals and two UNO's. In addition to his kick exploits, Gornall made a touchdown saving tackle.
