Seriously man, get over it. The Bandits had EVERY opportunity to beat the Storm 3 or 4 times over the last 5 years. He COULD have been competitive and not been cheating, simply taking care of his players a little better in non monetary ways, but I think bob is a business man first last and always, and anytime you can reduce your fixed costs, like payroll, and continue to draw average crowds (the Bandits have been horrible for FIVE years, and he still draws 4000 a game) your bottom line increases, and in minor league sports, the bottom line is ALWAYS the bottom line.
It's been said elsewhere, the Bandits departure and retention of several players will be a good measuring stick for both leagues.. If SC goes undefeated and unchallanged, I think we know where the APFL stands. If they go 4-12, well, there you have it. As long as the fans enjoy the games and keep coming, that's what is important.

I doubt Scott will bring back all his talent. Tonga left the Beef to return to the Bandits for job reasons I heard, so him still being there is just a matter of location. It remains to be seen the level of other players he'll bring in for next year. My guess is he'll go cheaper than he has to save even more money, especially when he realizes that only two teams pay their players and both of those don't even pay everyone. They give out stuff other than cash, tickets for family/friends, etc. Even in the APFL though, certain players have got more than the limit specified by the APFL rules. The perfect league does exist...in fantasy land...they play 7-on-7 there though.

Also we were not undefeated alltime vs the Storm, we are on a long losing streak at this time. I am not going to miss Sioux Falls, the fans, or the Arena.
SC Attack owned the Cobras. Ha ha, I miss the Attack days because we would win and you would look over at the dissapointed faces of Cobra fans.(had to say it)

as a matter of fact, I think the attack/bandits had owned the cobras/storm all time until UB1 (the original one in 2005, not the UB1 in 2009 which Billings won)

2 of our 4 wins in 2001 were in SF, the game in SC that SF won turned into a brawl.

Not a shock that Riggs would say something cocky and arrogant. Have you met him?

Yes I have. Nice guy. I think some people don't know a little good old fashioned ribbing when they hear it. A long running and heated rivalry is breaking up. Of course the Coach is gonna poke the Bandits with a sharp stick one last time. It's humor. Besides, I expect a good coach or a good player to be a strong type A personality. It comes with the mindset that builds champions!

The team we can't beat? I have the count at roughly 14 wins for the Storm and nine for the outlaws. It's not the 21 wins to seven the Storm has over the Bandits, but it not that shabby.
