looks like the Koyotes have a new owner? There is a different name listed as their owner on the APFL website anyway.

I was just talking with Mr. Adams today. He mentioned that he no longer ownes the team. Running the team and the league was getting to be to much, so now he will just focus on the league.

The league site lists the new owner as Nick Baumgartner, who owns the Tradebank of Topeka. Whether he bought the team or is just a front for Adams to look impartial I have no idea.

I don't see how Ralph would make any money just running the league. Isn't the APFL pretty much a non-profit by itself as an entity?

He made money off of expansion fees from Colorado and Cheyenne last year, when he really shouldn't have let them in as they weren't ready. You tell me what they got for their money? He'll be doing more of that for this coming season.

That DeKalb team may very well have ZERO funding from what I've seen. They'll most likely fold before they even play a game.
