As a fan of the Outlaws, I'm not sure what happened with this weekends game. However I was just thinking if the league sides with Cheyenne, and add that to how the Outlaws and Wolfpack game last year ended, do you think the league might kick the Outlaws out of the league?
At first glance I would say no since while they aren't apparently as stable as other teams, they consistently draw fans and are usually in contention of a title (within reason). They other argument is that since it appears Springfield and Colorado are done, and maybe Cheyenne too, the league wouldn't want to lose another team without gaining some serious teams that would make the league better.
However, it is no secret that most other teams and fans are do not like the Outlaws ownership and could care less if they had to deal with them next year (or in the future). Also if Springfield, Colorado, and Cheyenne do fold, the league would be at the same number of teams as last year. If they could bring in another solid team or two, then Mid Missouri wouldn't really be needed. At most, maybe they could use Mid Missouri as a replacement team on a semi-pro team for weeks they need a team.
What are everyone else's thoughts? Personally, I hope the Outlaws stay put, even if that means new ownership and management.

I agree with you that Mid-Mo should stay they seen to be a solid team. I think Springfield and Colorado want be back next year and Cheyenne will.

I think Colorado and Springfield will definitely not be back next year. Cheyenne is tenuous, but I would surprised to see them back next year. Mid-Missouri has a good shot of returning next year if they want to I think. It will be interesting to see what the league does with this weekend's game between Mid-Missouri at Cheyenne. Will they give one of the team's a forfeit win or what? We probably won't know until the end of the season as they rarely announce anything.
