Name and logo definitely fit the cowboy theme a lot of the CPIFL teams have.

Is it just me or can I still see the old command logo in the new one?

Lincoln may not have been mentioned because there was some back and forth on where the old "Express" team would end up. Lincoln is definitely in the CPIFL with backing from HoChunk, it should shape up to be a very competitive and strong team. This league just keeps getting better and better! And stay tuned for the announcing of the final teams to join the league come October!

Nice. I miss my front row seats and going to live games. Watching on the internet just isn't the same. #SomeoneBringATeamToOregon

I heard the first mention of the Renegades on the radio today. A local sports radio host said he is going to try out for the team tomorrow. If he makes it, you know they will get air time all season long.

Well things are looking up, with one notable exception. In the last week it seems that the team has come alive. I have heard a radio commercial, saw a commercial on youtube, and team reps are going to appear on the morning sports show tomorrow to tell the host if he made the team. But the one exception, and a big one at that, is this. After submitting my interest in getting season tickets through their website, they did not contact me for about 2 weeks. Then finally I called them and got a hold of some guy that appeared to not be "in the office". As in, I think there is no "office", just a cell phone. He took my information and told me that he would send me an e-mail receipt that night, and mail me my ticket after they got printed that Thursday. Here we are two weeks latter, no e-mail, no tickets, but there is a $150 debit on my checking account. Guess it is time to call them again. Sure seems like I am doing all the work here.

There is an office. It's just over the 12th street bridge in the bottoms. Right across the street from the Wendy's.

There is an office. It's just over the 12th street bridge in the bottoms. Right across the street from the Wendy's. So things are looking up a little bit. Last Friday I got a voice mail from the owner of the team to thank me for buying season tickets and tell me I can pick up my tickets at thier office and they will throw in a free ticket. I have to admit, this gesture makes me feel a lot better. The fact that the owner cares enough to step in and fix a mistake makes me think he is in for the long haul. However, when he said "the office", I thought he meant the office I thought he was talking about the office Charlie was talking about. So I drove there to find a office, but the only person inside was a guy doing the dry wall. LOL. I am guessing this will be the site of their future office. It does look like it will be very nice though.
