It's been 3 years since I've been in a Hooters. What's the significance of the Hooters Girls in the referee tops? Just a change of pace or they have more seniority?

Just a change of pace, plus to get them into halter tops. Hooters seems to be a dying breed. The original west Omaha location closed last fall, ran out of business by the trendier Twin Peaks four miles west. The Council Bluffs location remains but each time I've visited, it's been pretty much empty. The franchise owner for Omaha/Council Bluffs filed for bankruptcy in November.
Lincoln recently got a Tilted Kilt, will soon have a Twin Peaks in the Haymarket.

I never heard of Twin Peaks and Tilted Kilt before, but after googling them they look to be just differently themed brands of Hooters. We don't have any of them or Hooters where I live on the Oregon coast, not that I'd go to them much anyway. My daughter and I used to go to BW3 for NFL Sunday's and that was about the most regular we ever got for going to a restaurant.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head...Hooters in different outfits. The guy who opened the Twin Peaks in Omaha can probably retire already. I've been in there four times over the past year, and every time the place was jam packed. And it's a pretty large bar.
