Those are kickass jerseys. Love the orange.
Yes, I liked the old Tampa Bay NFL unis.
I saw something on the UIFL board about Johnstown maybe using WPIFL players for the rest of the year (the Wildcatz above are 7-0 and playing in the WPIFL title game, which this weekend is actually gonna be in Johnstown).

Beef rocked the best Orange jersey's and helmets ever until they went to all black. I miss the orange.
Yes, some people are saying to watch Johnstown, so we'll be watching.

Did anyone pick Johnstown?

Nope. Western PA was picked though and supposedly we should be watching them as well (they're owned by the same guy that owns Johnstown).

Per the newspaper article (which won't list all names, I know) in Johnstown:
Same QB The WR with two TDs has played at least one other game Their head coach was playing last night Garrett Heron, who had a good kick return per the paper, doesn't appear elsewhere Terrell Simms had a TD, he's played in other games Same kicker
There may well be a number of new guys, but I don't think they qualify.
I'd say they're OK right this second.

Ok. Sounds like they're barely hanging on though, just like Port Huron.

I would not disagree with that at this juncture. But too early to throw 'em under the bus just yet.

Johnstown last 4 games are at home. From conversations I had this weekend they will finish the season, barely.

What about Rome? Someone on the UIFL messageboard said Florida players played for them since they didn't have enough players this weekend, but Andrew Haines flatly denied it. Did you notice anything?

There were no Tarpon players on the team. There were some semi pro Bobcat and Stingray players on the team. 4 in total.

We have an instance which I think should be considered as folding, but since I didn't cover it in the rules, I'll put it up for vote.
Team A went to play Team B. Team A didn't have enough players, so they borrowed three backups from Team B who then put on their jerseys and played for Team A.
I need to know your votes on whether you think this should be considered folding for the contest purposes or not. I put in the rules that dumping players and using replacement teams or players was considered as folding, but didn't specify this exact scenario.
Reply in this thread on your vote, thanks.

I vote no. They still showed up, it was just a matter of numbers. You can't fold them yet. If they don't make up the numbers next game then we should start talking about it.

Yeah, I'm going to stick with my original answer there. I would not argue with a caveat that (in the case of WPA Sting @ Cincy) if you're only taking 3 guys (Cincy was more than happy to get 21 guys work in instead of 18), or some small number, that wouldn't count.

I'm going to have to vote Yes, taking even one player from another team is backyard football style. If the team had this issue they didn't try hard enough to correct it. I'm just waiting for teams to start sharing kickers and QB's so that they can pay less people.
