Added Lincoln, Nebraska as expansion.
Moved down Cheyenne to possible expansion (they might've jumped the gun on their announcement).

Perhaps they did jump the gun, but maybe they sorted things out? cheyennewarriors.com/?p=162 <- This says they held a press conference yesterday, and commish Ralph Adams should've been in attendance. Perhaps we'll here more on this shortly.

Last year they won division thanks to San Diego having Norv Turner as head coach, but they were probably the worst team in the playoffs. I expected them to be third in the division this year, but they've fallen farther than even I thought they would. The Chiefs head coach will definitely not be back next year, the only thing in question is whether he'll finish this season before being fired.
As for the rest of the APFL and who'll be playing in 2012, it's looking like the final alignment will probably be announced two weeks before the season begins again.

Interesting to see that the Titans are back. I wonder if they are doing another "provisional" season or if they're going to be full members this time around.
The Florida Scorpions are going to be in the IIFA next year, so no APFL games for them.
