They are building their league the right way. Slowly and with stable teams.

They are building their league the right way. Slowly and with stable teams. I get slowly. But, "stable" teams? I don't see an expansion team way up in New Jersey as being stable. And well Harrisburg? Maybe they've been one of the very few bright spots of the AIFA/AIF? But I don't know that for sure.

By stable, I mean as stable as you can get in indoor football (let's face it, nothing is really stable). My comparison of stable in this instance is in comparison to other leagues. I rank the IFL, CPIFL, PIFL, and LSFL as being the most stable leagues with the most stable teams overall. The CIFL is getting better, but has some work to do. The AIF, UIFL, and XL (X-League) are the worst.
PIFL does their homework more than most, so Trenton and Harrisburg will likely finish the season (something you can't always say). I don't particularly care for some of the things coming out of Trenton, but they should be fine as far as football operations go (we'll see). Harrisburg has a New Orleans Saints player as the owner, so moving from a scrub league like the AIF to the PIFL is an upgrade and probably something he was looking for after seeing the shenanigans that go on in the AIF. He has the resources to make the team successful in the PIFL if he chooses to do so.

Hi there, first post here. Just to let you know, you guys are getting a professionally run team in the Harrisburg Stampede. I worked with Marques Colston quite a bit last year, my company provided the jumbotron for all their home games. He's always in the mix at home, with his touch on everything that goes on, from 3 hours before the game starts until it's all cleaned up, and everyone works hard for him so that they bring a professional, fun atmosphere...but no one works harder than him. He sets up banners and carry's tables and paints the field and everything. Stable? I'd say easily the most stable team in the league last year, by far (with the exception of a few things, but hey, it's semi-pro football). Anyway, I know they're excited to be in the PIFL, and with Marques running the show for that team he will always work hard for stability.

He's definitely had a positive impact on the team and improved it from top to bottom.
