Couple of interesting changes: It looks like the old AF2 timing rule requiring the leading team to gain yardage to keep clock running in final minute No fair catch if kick hits the ground You can only kick on fourth down unless it's in the final 30 seconds of the half or game All blitzes must come inside the offensive guards unless the center snap hits the ground Dig the sponsor patch as allowed on the right shoulder on page 72 (a team in the CPIFL)

I think the XFL originated the final minutes timing rule where a team has to gain positive yardage or the clock will stop.
I don't care for the all blitzes must come from inside the guards rule.
