Not that I'm complaining mind you, I'd love to gain a game on you and all...but, how do I say this? I understand faith and loyalty to your team, but I gave that up in picking contests many years ago thanks to being a San Diego Charger fan and them screwing me over for so many years, year after year after year. Now it's become lucky for me to pick against them, because when I do they win and if they win that's all that matters to me. But if I pick them to win and they lose, I'm mad as hell. I love the Beef, and I want to see them win and a win in Billings would be great, the team needs it if they are going to keep pace with Sioux Falls and Bloomington in the playoff race...but the Beef have only won their once and Billings is tough to win at. So even though I love the Beef I picked against them. I don't see it as a betrayal, and if others do...tough, I see it as picking with my head and not my heart. If my head is wrong, so be it. Picking with the heart doesn't win you many picking contests, that's for sure. It's great when you pick your team as an underdog to win and they come through for you, but more often than not they don't. Picking contests is a numbers game so you want to do the best you can in each matchup, I've won and lost contests by one game at the end of the year. It's up to you how you pick of course, and I'm not trying to influence you or anything...but if you ever pick against your team no one's going to care, they'll rib you for it, but who cares. I'll be rooting for Sioux City to pull off the win in Bloomington, but I really don't see it happening. I'll be the most surprised of anyone if that happens. I hope it happens though, Sioux City and Omaha both need the help in the standings.

For my sake I hope Bloomington wins now since you changed your pick. For the Beef's sake I hope Sioux City wins.
