I know. This site will do players of the week again since GoIFL isn't. I haven't had much time lately, but I'll be catching up on all that once I get the fantasy thing finished and setup.

Not sure why this hasn't been posted on GoIFL.com yet, but: IFL ANNOUNCES PLAYERS OF THE WEEK WEEK 4 March 2-6 Richmond, VA: And the hits just keep on coming. Another week in the IFL and more and more players are stepping up to grab their share of the spotlight. Classic matchups combined with new rivalries added to the excitement of IFL Week Four. WEEK FOUR OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK –QB JUSTIN RUMMELL / FAIRBANKS GRIZZLIES The Grizzlies felt the need for heat in more ways than one in their home game with the Maryland Maniacs. Lighting up the score and defeating the visiting east coast guests by a score of 72-41 they were led by QB Justin Rummell. The Grizzlie pivot put up big numbers by passing for 224 yards on his 10 completions in only 12 attempts. His accurate hunting for receivers resulted in 7 touchdown tosses the longest of 44 yards. Not only was he extremely efficient in his play but he did it all while only playing the first half! No telling what records he would have set had he remained in the game. WEEK FOUR DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – DL EDDIE BYNES / ROCHESTER RAIDERS What a difference a week makes and what a difference a desire to win brings to a performance. Defensive Lineman Eddie Bynes set the tone for the win hungry Raiders by laying a path to the opposition Muskegon quarterback. Bynes recorded 5 sacks contributing to 31 total lost yards. He had 5.5 tackles on the night as the Raiders defeated the Thunder 71-3 in the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester. WEEK FOUR SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK–KR CHARLES ANTHONY/ BILLINGS OUTLAWS Once again The Billings Outlaws proved that great teams have great special teams. For the second week in a row they provided the player of the week in running back and return specialist Charles Anthony. Anthony had 4 returns for 106 yards and his longest return for 58 yards and a touchdown. He also contributed 174 all purpose yards with 17 rushing, 51 receiving and the 106 on returns along with 1 fumble recovery. All in all a great night while playing rival Omaha Beef in a closely fought 52-40 victory for the Outlaws. The season resumes Thursday night April 9 with Maryland travelling to Anchorage as they both seek their first victories of the season. Game time 7:00pm. Follow all the action at www.goifl.com and on the B2 broadcasts www.b2livetv.com of each game all season long. Not sure why this hasn't been posted on GoIFL.com yet, but: because the IFL doesn't care about their fans enough to update their website?

More likely that the league office is cheap and, more importantly..... lazy.
