FINAL
Fairbanks Grizzlies 42 Colorado Ice 14
Fun game to watch, even if it was no contest. Orange Crush jerseys and blue helmets made the Grizzlies look very much like the old school Broncos. Ice helmets and uniforms always look good.

3 for 3 in pick em so far I'm right behind you at 1-2. Ok, ok, maybe not right behind. Your playoff dominance is continuing from your surprising NFL win in the fantasy contest earlier this year. Time to bring out my louisville slugger.

I know this had to be a terribly disapointing year for Colorado and this game seemed to sum it all up. They missed a lot of opportunities but credit Fairbanks for getting the job done and moving on. Fairbanks will have to clean it up and eliminate the mistakes to stay with Billings.

There are some nice articles on the Grizz in the Fairbanks daily newsminer. Ponder signs a 3 year deal at half time, tailgating, and of course the game write up. It is really awesome to see them enjoy this success - both for the team and the community.

Things will be even better for them next year coach, 8 games in Alaska, a sure fire division title (since Billings will probably be in another division). You need to go to Anchorage and mix things up.

Robert would never go to Anchorage, maybe Wasilla but not Anchorage, to many hard feelings over the Anchorage Fairbanks fued, People with ties to fairbanks DO NOT GO TO anchorage for anything but maybe shopping and arby's, maybe Dairy Queen but that is it(and maybe Popeye's)

HA HA - I've got plenty of snow cones here in North Dakota. I would certainly consider Wasilla - I absolutely love that area. Plus I know the ownership obviously cares very much about the franchise.
I haven't seen anything from the Anchorage organization that I have been impressed with. At some point they have to make a commitment to being good.
