Discuss the Wichita Wild at Bloomington Extreme Round One Playoff game here.
-----------------------------------------------------------
GAME NOTES:
The Wichita Wild come into the game with a 8-6 regular season record. Wichita finished off the regular season on a three game winning streak and are 2-5 on the road. Wichita's two wins on the road came against the San Angelo Stampede Express and the Sioux City Bandits.
The Bloomington Extreme come into the game with a 10-4 regular season record. Bloomington finished off the regular season on a five game winning streak and are 6-1 at home. Bloomington's only loss at home came against the Sioux Falls Storm in Week 1.
In their only matchup this season, Bloomington defeated Wichita 38-34 in Bloomington on 6 June.
-----------------------------------------------------------
HISTORICAL NOTE:
The Sioux Falls Storm were given five forfeits for failing to have insurance coverage this season, dropping their record to 6-8 and out of the playoffs. On the field they were 11-3 and would have finished with a first round bye and home field advantage in the United Conference. The round one playoff game in the Central Division would've been Bloomington at Omaha instead and Wichita would've been out of the playoffs.

I think I'll take Dusty Burke for the win. Wichita looks good though, a hard choice for sure.

Kratos, you should say by 3. As Push/Pullman would have to make said fg. LOL Wild by 42. Historical note: The Wild dedicate the championship trophy to the ineptness of the Storms front office. 8-16-09. :

If he is better than Zia, why did he not win the job from Zia last year? I'd call it a toss up. He did win the game v. Omaha - but didn't he miss a few in that game too? He has his moments like any kicker.

He played AF2 last year for arkansas twisters. and Yes he has missed some but the way Danny made it sound was that he cant make a FG. At least he is better than Rages K

LOL! We love Zia cause he's Zia. We've never said Z was a better kicker. (sorry Z ) Now, for a kicker who was actually good, check that, GREAT!!! we have to travel way back to the kicker I brought the team. Jon (pronounced yawn) Cooper!!!!!!!
