Don't ever want this week to end, cause when it does its going to be the Storm ending it with a thud.

Let's review... Keys to the game for SC (there are a whole mess of them, so I will just state a couple critical ones): Don't go in the hole by 2+ touchdowns in the 1Q. Happened way too much already this year. With Wooten/Fudge/Solomon, that is going to be a tough challenge. - Check OLine HAS to give McNear time to work. We should know early if this will be a going to be the case.Ok. So this was written before we knew Jensen was starting. Regardless... Check DB's have been getting burned time after time this year. Avoid the big play! - It's the only way Wichita scored all night. Still need to shore this up. Kicking game has to show up. PAT's are gimmes... knock them thru. - Best game Hudnall had all year... Check And... if SC is still in the game at the half, the most critical thing of the entire night will be HALF TIME ADJUSTMENTS! We've come out flat after the half in nearly every game this year while our opponents are making the right moves and taking it to us. - SC had control the whole second half, and used the clock efficently. WIC didn't change ANYTHING at halftime. IMO, 2nd half was a mirror image of the first half. So... verdict is out on this one.
To all you haters, keep the faith. BNDC and I will take out win in the Pick 'Em contest this week and be happy as can be. Agree though... next week is the Storm. MUST stay focused.
POG... David Harley. HUGE tonight. Played with more speed that I have ever seen him play with, with a determination to stick with the play all night. You can look at all aspects of the game and he was the difference maker. Jensen - solid. Made the right decisions a lot of times to either tuck it in and run, or if there was NOTHING there, throw it in the stands. Just a great game. Hudnall... THATS HOW YOU KICK THE BALL. Keep it up. You could see in warm ups that he was on tonight as all his practice kicks were dead center and high on the uprights. Sean Kelly - huge props as well. Really blew up off the ball all night and caused a lot of problems for Wooten. His abilities were on display tonight.
Going to enjoy this one. One of the better games I have seen us play in the last couple years for sure. I HATE this line, but I'll say it anyway...
"Who Dey?"

Until we beat the SFS, it's "Who Dey". We have to prove ourselves and measure up to the elite of the league before we start emulating championship team mantra's (IMO) ;D
