My standards are just fine. Maybe you should change your team allegiance to whomever you deem worthy of the wonderful YOU. Tough love my a$$. Sorry, you are stuck with me. Yes, I demand they not get busted in cocaine rings, not have twice as many penalties as our opponents, and that they play better than inferior teams. All fans should EXPECT this from their team. We are playing poorly (and behaving poorly) and with the Storm coming to town, now is not the time. Especially with playoff seeding right around the corner. Sometimes we play like we don't want to win and it drives me nuts. I think you will find that every poster worth a poo on this site has jacked up their team when they underachieved on or off the field. Do not let that confuse you with a lack of allegiance. None of the THEY, that you speak of, that where involved with the drug thing, are with the team anymore so are not even in the Sioux Falls-Billings game this week, in which you are questioning their guts. So that doesn’t fly either. All the fans do EXPECT this. But they don’t denigrate their team and question the team’s guts on a public stage. Now I suppose doing so makes you very special and makes you feel taller, but that is because you’re standing on your team to get up there. Spin it any way you want. There is no confusion about what you’re doing.

Sorry gooutlaws, I officially certify you were not part of this exchange... =) No worries here. I feel the same way you do, that with all the talent Coach O brings in they have a responsibility to play the game the right way. Cut down on the penalties and play with heart. Areas that have been lacking at certain points this year. Or maybe we have been spoiled last few years.

And, as I said, he is gone from the team and will not be part of this weeks game, or any other games. As you knew when you questioned the rest of the teams guts. But keep spinning by all means!

off the field distractions suck don't they?
Any player in this league that is willing to suit up shouldn't have their guts challenged. Their talent, desire, and brains are a different matter.

Actually, gooutlaws picked a kinder word than I did - heart.
I don't believe it takes guts just to suit up. I believe it takes guts to suit up and play like a pro in front of a home crowd that is wondering if you are part of a cocaine conspiracy. It takes guts to visit with those people after the game, look them in the eye, and let them know you are one of the good guys. Billings is watching this issue with great interest, I hope you don't think otherwise.
P.S. This is a no-spin zone...

As much as I try not to be, from time to time I’m sure I am. Too hot of a head I guess. I say let’s let this drop. I’m sure you probably bleed outlaws as I do. I’ll even buy you a beer at the game if you like.

Guys guys... dang man, it troubles me to see bickering amongst fans of the same team. For us last year, at least all of the Storm faithful were able to get on the same side. The issues in Billings have the potential to divide a fan base. I truely wish I could make the trip out there. anyone got room for 3 storm fans ;-) I should have had a bake sale for gas and ticket money Regardless of my personal issues, the game looks to be a classic. Rimrock is not an easy place to play, the Outlaw fans know how to make noise. the camera work on the B2 feed (if local OTA of cable provider doesn't pick up the feed) should be good, let's just hope Rimrock has decent bandwith up, and B2 doesn't have any issues. mini tailgate starts at my place at 3pm Mtn

Yeah, I get overly fired as well. I have enormous passion for the Outlaws (Since Thunderbolts 2000) and I think if you met me, you would understand. My clan will be on national TV early and often this weekend. You really got front row seats? Show me yours and I'll show you mine...

BT, it's supposed to be nationally televised. Ours is Bresnan Ch 70, Altitude. It should be on satellite, which means your favorite local tavern, if not your own abode.

GoOutlaws, interested in a meet-n-greet before the game? I can see what I can do. Where do you sit, and where do you park?

Contrary to popular belief I no longer frequent such establishments, and since I opted to utilize the local cable provider whose regional sports network is Fox Sports North, I'm SOL without B2 I'm afraid. I didn't have an issue with the feed out of Billings last season. I didn't hook that spare PC to my big screen for nothing!

I have met a couple of you guys in person and you are die-hard fans like I am. Outlaws fans need to stick together, not bicker over things we can't control. The players need our support now more than ever. It's critical at this time of the season, and this game is like a playoff game.
Here is our pre-game plan--- There will be 4 of us. 1. 4:30-5:30 pm Pizza and a pitcher of Bud Light at Guidos. 2. 5:30-6:15 Tailgate in upper lot 3. 6:15-6:30 Visit with my old friend the Silver Fox (Rich Roste) we used to broadcast NIFL games back in the day. Me for the Outlaws and Rich for the Storm of course! 4. 6:30 grab a beer and get in our seats. We are in Section N Row F seats 9-12 (on the rail directly behind the Storm bench) 5. 6:31 say hello to my Facebook buddy James Terry and ask him to take it easy on us tonight! 6. 7:05- 10:30 Talk smack to the Storm, especially Coach Riggs. (respectfully of course) 7. 10:30-2:00am Celebrate another Outlaws win over the Storm (it will be 4 out of the last 5 meetings)
