I thought I'd throw this question out there early prior to the season taking place and most of the games having just been announced.
What team's fans travel the best to see their team play?

I remember the Storm losing to Lexington in the championship game back in 2004. There seemed to be a very decent number of fans that traveled for that game, it was a championship game however.
Sioux City seems to get some fans when playing in Sioux Falls, not the best number but for the number of wins over the past few years I give them a little more credit.
Omaha has traveled up a few times with a decent number of fans to Sioux Falls.
But I don't think either of them travel well enough considering their close location to Sioux Falls to be considered for my idea of the best. But I've only seen a handful of the 26 teams in the league, and this year's schedule won't help add to that number at all.

Beef for consistency, bar none... for a one time mass invasion, see Storm fans United Bowl I Yes, that mass invasion was very nice for UBI. I came up with two other Beef fans and then met another there (T-Bone) and we even brought our own overhang and setup next to the many busses that SF's brought down. SF's had a sound system setup, giveaways, food, etc, etc, very nice to see. I had a great time at that game. Sioux Falls has also brought down a couple of busses to Omaha for a few games and tailgated near the Beef fans, which was also great. They haven't done it in the last few years, but for those couple of years that was a great thing the SF's front office setup for the Storm fans. The Beef fans have to organize the Beef bus trips and when not enough sign up for a bus, we have to end up carpooling (sometimes we rent a van). Some fans fly to games and I've driven just my daughter and I to games at times (not anymore). It was cool when we went to Billings in 2004 for a playoff game and a Wyoming fan sat with us in the second half, he had driven up to watch the game (I like to see stuff like that). This is my last year in Omaha, might move to Texas after that or somewhere else, so after this year I'm uncertain how many games I'll be taking in.

the Beef fans are awesome when traveling. I speak from experience.
I miss being able to travel I-80 and I-29 and see all the great indoor football fans in Kearney, Omaha, SC, and SF!

Well, after this regular season I'm going to nominate PSX234, Mrs texxx, and myself.... we'll have made 13 of 14 regular season games in person. Hoping for a miracle to make it to Billings!!
