When the E-ville Bluecats played in Sf in the playoffs before UB2, I was talking to the E-ville coach John Hart after the game, and a group of Storm fans came by chanting "coach is a crybaby". I imagined that would have rubbed alot of people the wrong way but he just ignored them. Well, he did whine and cry to the officials a lot. His face would get so red from yelling sometimes that I thought he'd keel over from a heart attack, but nope...kept going and going. ...and going.

Riggs based his game-ending decisions upon previous successes on 4th downs (4-7). He went for it on 4th and goal at the 7 at the end of the third quarter and made the touchdown. He didn't care about FGs at all this game.

Billings was the one who put us up in the crappy, no air conditioned hotel. They also had us scheduled to eat pre-game at some hole but luckily our owner flipped the bill to eat at Texas Roadhouse.
[/quote] What was the name of this crappy, no air conditioned hotel? And the name of the hole you were to be given your last meal? I don't think any other organization treats their visiting team better than the Outlaws.

It was a great game and it does feel great to have my team as back to back champions. As everyone knows it was a great game and both teams played well with very few penalties on both sides. Coach Riggs reaction after the Storm took the lead in the 3rd show IMO how bad both teams want this game.
That being said I am very happy the Outlaws proved they were the better team. No bad calls or fluky plays won the game. The Outlaws just made more plays in the clutch. And I must say winning against SF made it much sweeter.
To my Outlaws I have been critical this year especially after the Fairbanks loss. To many stupid plays and penalties were driving me crazy. After that game to their credit they turned things around and brought Billings another championship.
BT it was a pleasure to meet your crew. You guys were great and loud. Plus you got our less gifted Outlaw fans trying to drown you out which just made things worse when the Outlaws were on offense.
James Terry is the man and carried the SF offense.
Here's to doing it again next year in the Metra.

I don't think we have a Bootlegger Inn. I've never heard of it and there is no listing. We do have a Boot hill Inn but it's a rather new, 4-star motel. It definitely is air conditioned and has all the amenities.

I might be having a brain fart.. I'll double check the hotel because now the clock-tower is stuck in my head now that i'm awake a bit more... .... and having AC and it working are two entirely different things.. my room next to the plex had, AC, but it didn't work I guess 108 degree weather on Friday took it's toll. either way it was a great game, and the Outlaws did what they had to to win the game... I'm all for doing this again next year.. but I'll be happy to host y'all over at my place instead.. if they get the metra fixed by then, I'll be shocked.

Pre-Game meal was the Hog Wild Cafe. When we played there in June, it was 3 big bowls of hamburger helper / Gulosh and bread. edited once by bananacat to fix quote formatting issue that was throwing off the board view

Is there a suggestion that the Outlaws made a hotel not have A/C to fain an advantage?

You mean so premier you were afraid to show it on television? really IFL? please.
So glad the IFL couldn't even throw a freaking bone the Storm's way during the post season awards. kinda funny actually.. but, whatever one of these years the league will get tired of Billings winning all the time and find a way to hose them. Or maybe not.. I'm sure the nice fat sponsorship check from Oakley and the Billings refs mean anyone wanting the cup will have to beat 12 on the field and hundreds of thousands off of it.
