...Also how do I find out (since I'm new to the IFL) who will be starting at what position for each team? From my experience, it will depend on the team, and how well they update their website, etc. Many have good press releases talking about players they brought in that they are excited about, and announcing things like this. But on some the best you can do it hope you guess right, or not put them on your fantasy team. Take the Spartans for example, and they have a game tomorrow night. They have posted their 25 man roster on their website, but not the 21 that will be suiting up or the 16 that will be starting. They also have been talking about certain players a lot in interviews and press releases, so I would guess those are the guys that will see a lot of playing time. I was at part of their practice last night, and they were still using both QBs and RBs and haven't made a decision yet as to which of each will be the starter (but that announcement is expected to likely be today).

NO rosters for this weekend. Week 1 is next weekend and the start of the contest. This weekend only has two games and makes no sense to start off with only 4 teams to pick from in a week. The most up to date rosters for each team can be found on the individual team websites which are linked through goifl.com or scouring the goifl.com transactions page. GOIFL TEAM PAGES: goifl.com/teams/iflteamsGOFIL TRANSACTIONS: goifl.com/players/transactionsI was going to put up rosters here, but every team is making a lot of changes at this time and it's futile to try to keep up with.

For the first few weeks you might want to go with proven starters until you're more confident in picking other players as their team rosters shake out.

...1 point for a Rouge (point is applicable for kicker and defensive team fantasy positions)...6 points for a Defensive/Special Teams TD ...2 points for a Safety So no Defense scoring based on Points Allowed? Too bad... I picked Bloomington for Week 1, and they only allowed 6 points.

I know, but I won't have time throughout the season to keep up with stats if we make it too complicated. If we had VOLUNTEERS to help with stats, then we could expand on it.

I agree with why you are doing it... just tough to see that my Defense will get me nothing, even though they had a great game. And the Sioux Falls Defense will score some points, even though Kent scored 70+ on them. I will honestly help out with Fantasy if you are not able to keep up, but I will mainly focus on the Pick Em.

I understand.
Since this is a scoring fantasy league, try to pick defenses that are able to get turnovers and score, as well as great return teams that can take it to the house.
Next year we can do full-blown fantasy if we get some help with people doing stats. The previous two years I asked for help though and no one wanted to do it. I don't want you doing too much either and have you burn out, since it can be a lot of work as the season goes on.
