IFL Rankings for Week 10 In the Overall Rankings, Sioux Falls remains #1 and is now the only undefeated team left after Colorado's loss last week. Bloomington took sole possession of 2nd. West Texas made the biggest rise up the standings, three spots, and moved into a tie with Omaha in 6th. Chicago, Wyoming, and La Crosse took the biggest fall with a two spot drop each. Fairbanks joins the top ten overall for the first time this year, while Nebraska drops out of it.
Thanks to all who voted in the Top 10 Poll. Keep the votes coming each and every week and anyone else that would like to chime in is welcome to do so as well.

Thanks for pulling this together BC. I look forward to seeing where each team ends up each week. I noticed that the overall ranking is very close to the Massey Rating, with only a couple of pairs swapped. Most of the teams moving the way they did makes sense. I guess Wyoming needed to beat Arizona by more than they did, since winning by only 41 dropped them down a few spots.

I think the reason Wyoming dropped in your OtB and Massey were their stats against AZ. I went to Pointstreak and looked at the stats for that game. 53 total yards passing? If memory serves, 14 or more of Wyoming's points were scored on blocked FGs and things. Colorado faces AZ Sunday, so let's see if AZ has improved. Maybe they have.

Yeah, their stats weren't anything special. They did have 2 "Other" touchdowns... and my OtB rankings count that. The other reason they dropped in OtB and Massey was because of their schedule difficulty. After facing Arizona 3rd time now, they come out as having the easiest schedule so far in the entire league.

How do you guys feel about Bloomington being #2 now after their loss to Wichita? I've been saying they were overrated. They're good, but not #2 good.
I had Tri-Cities as my #2 coming into this week.

Spots 2 through 5 are tough for me to order. I could argue for or against any of them ... Bloomington lost last night. Of course, Green Bay lost last night too. Tri-Cities has played Arizona twice, and lost to Wenatchee earlier in the year. Colorado has had a pretty easy schedule overall too. ...but yes, Bloomington will be moving down a bit next week. Just not sure who to move up to number 2.
