IFL Rankings for Week 15
In the Top 10 Poll Sioux Falls remained in first place (no surprise) with their customary max 150pts. Green Bay moved into second after Colorado's loss, which dropped them to third. Fairbanks moved into fourth thanks to their win over Tri-Cities and Omaha jumped to fifth. Last week's votes were pretty close, but this week the voters disagreed all over the place, which was interesting. Reading jumped back into the voting pool by receiving a vote this week as well, so each of the 12 teams that have qualified for the playoffs were represented in the poll.
In the Overall Rankings, Sioux Falls remains #1 (again no surprise, probably the best team ever), while Green Bay took over sole possession of #2. Omaha moved into #3 thanks to a strong representation in the computer polls, Colorado fell to #4, and Tri-Cities fell to #5. In a surprise, Fairbanks failed to climb in the rankings due to low scores in the computer polls. Omaha made the biggest rise up the standings (+2 spots), while Colorado took the biggest drop (-2 spots). Reading is in the playoffs, but languishes at #14 due to unimpressed computer results.
Thanks to all who voted in the Top 10 Poll. Keep the votes coming each and every week and anyone else that would like to chime in is welcome to do so as well.
