Houma visit the Pirates and totally conquers them and the Parrots on their shoulders. I won't say what happens after they take their eye patches.
Houma by 21.

Pirates is not a good nickname to have considering current events.
Houma wins, even though their nickname sucks too.
Go Bayou Bucks!

Wow, the "premier" league really has lowered your standards.

Wow, the "premier" league really has lowered your standards. Nope.. indoor football and most of the folks involved with it have lowered my standards. the NIFLUIFIFL has had little to do with it

Wow, the "premier" league really has lowered your standards. No, you're thinking CIFL.

Wow, the "premier" league really has lowered your standards. No, you're thinking CIFL. When have I ever said the CIFL was better than it is? I'm not a delusional UIF fan. The CIFL continually fails to address basic issues that should've been addressed years ago. But they also don't go around everywhere touting that they're the best thing since sliced bread. That said, many of them have seen what dreck they're also dealing with. It's the NIFL without Carolyn Shiver to blame for everything. Gotta go with the home team here - small arenas like this always give home field advantage, though it'll take a couple home games to establish that.

No, you're thinking CIFL. No, I'm not delusional like the UIF schmucks that think what they've got is better than it is. I know the CIFL has major major problems that continually go unanswered. I also know the IFL has the same types of problems, but I can't say that without risking getting removed from the board. At least people are starting to see that all any of these leagues are is the NIFL without Carolyn Shiver around to blame. It wouldn't surprise me for a second if the SIFL is the most stable of the indoor leagues come year end. just don't use terms synonymous with defecation in your descriptions of said leagues and you're fine by me.

The GLIFL is getting close to going the APFL route when they added the road only team...doesn't bode well at all.
The IFL has issues and they stem from the top. Current leadership doesn't exactly inspire optimism. Like it or not, they're still the best league right now, despite the front office failings. If things don't change though, they'll be just like the AIFA eventually.
The SIFL also has a road only team, so they have a long way to go as well. Right now they are a cannon fodder league for the Swashbucklers. Perhaps next year that can change, we'll see.

Tsk, tsk, tsk. Again you're failing in your bashing attempts. The CIFL was very clear as to why the name change was made. There were more teams after 2006 away from the Great Lakes than near it.
It's not the UIF->IFL issue where we're supposed to believe the IFL is something more than the UIF with a shiny new clipart logo.
I'm still waiting for something to look even like the NIFL of 2003. Which is sad, since it's not like the 2003 NIFL was anything better than "okay, everyone played all their games."

Right now they are a cannon fodder league for the Swashbucklers. Perhaps next year that can change, we'll see. And that makes them right at the level of the UIF (or, perhaps as it should be called - the Sioux Falls Championship Invitational)...so I'm sure the SIFL appreciates you putting them right tied with the top of the indoor leagues.

LOL! at the notion of comparing the SIFL in it's current state to the IFL, it's problems bedamned. Night and day.
