The Alabama Hammers actually played the semi-pro outdoor team Mobile Sharks and beat them 94-0 in an exhibition game to fill their home date since the Mobile Bay Tarpons folded on 21 April. The league has been giving the Tarpons forfeit losses since they folded.
The Corpus Christi Hammerheads also got a forfeit win over the Lafayette Wildcatters, who folded before the season began (but that hasn't stopped the league from giving them forfeits).
If you had Hammer in your nickname, you got a forfeit win this week.
