UIFL, Bank of Kentucky Center enter into agreement

July 19, 2011

FT. MYERS, FL – The Ultimate Indoor Football League is returning to the Bank of Kentucky Center for the 2012 season.

SMG Arena Management and the UIFL have come to terms to put another team in the Bank of Kentucky Center at Northern Kentucky University. The UIFL team will have a new rival for the 2012 season as the Cincinnati Commandos joined the league.

If I were the Rivermonsters find a new league and play games in Lexington just to get out of that market.

My sources have told me that Haines is *not* the catalyst of why the Rivermonsters aren't playing there anymore, but rather that the arena is the one that contacted Haines about getting that set up.
