why don't the PIFL just get nets ? Its says in the rule book that a drop kick is only 3 points. drop kicks are 4 points in all the league's that I know of.

Nets are expensive and an unnecessary gimmick. The sport is better without them.

Nets are expensive and an unnecessary gimmick. The sport is better without them. I love the nets I remember the 7-9 Destroyers beat the 15-1 Desperadoes in a playoff game because 2 or 3 kickoffs bounced off the metal.

When that happens it stops becoming real football and a gimmick sport instead.

Not that it would matter but in the chamiponship game as time expired Richmond score a touchdown, and was not given the PAT.

there was also a questionable call with less than a minute in the game. albany qb sneak looked to lose a yard but refs said they gained so the clock continued to run. i know the richmond fans noticed this and it may have affected the outcome.

The endzone nets make the AFL a gimmick game, similar to tazer ball.

The endzone nets make the AFL a gimmick game, similar to tazer ball. No, they eliminate punting and add to the entertainment.

Punting's already eliminated and it's boring, not entertaining.
