Is Drew Pearson still with Allen Wranglers?
He's listed on the website as GM still, but he's been noticeably absent since Benizio was hired as president.
Pearson was the one who orchestrated getting Terrell Owens into Allen, wasn't he?
I know when Benizio came in he made a lot of staff changes, but I can't tell if Pearson was one of them since I really don't follow the Wranglers that closely.

Yep, the Wranglers have no one to blame but themselves. Owens lived up to his contract and does have a great chance to win a lawsuit. I can also understand how the Wranglers were desperate and wanted him to go to those two away games since they were fighting for the playoffs, but you made your own bed and got to sleep in it. Owens' could've agreed to go to those games for free, he did for one in Colorado, but probably from his point of view he's just looking to get back to the NFL (a longshot probably, but still a dream of his) and he didn't want to risk injury in a game he's not getting paid for.
