www.lfl360.com/articles/lfl-unveils-st-louis-saints-colors-logo/LAS VEGAS (June 18, 2012/LFL360.com) – Lingerie Football League, LLC., the fastest growing sports league in the United States, today officially released the team logo of the St. Louis Saints franchise. After conducting an online fan vote in May, the St. Louis Saints officially became the twelfth named franchise of LFL United States, whose season is set to return in April 2013. The Saints will join the recently-named Omaha Heart as both are expected to compete in the Eastern Conference with the Cleveland Crush, Philadelphia Passion, Baltimore Charm and Tampa Breeze. Tryouts for the team’s inaugural season will be held on Sunday, June 24 at Vetta Sports – Concord, 12320 Old Tesson Road, St. Louis, MO 63128. Prospective athletes should come prepared to participate in speed, agility and strength drills as well as bring a full body picture to leave behind with administrative staff.

Interesting. They'll probably have to play at an arena closer to downtown Saint Louis now instead.

The only other "arena" I could think of would be St. Louis U's pretty new Chaifetz Arena which is basically right downtown but that's only fit for basketball so I'm not sure that would work either.

Regarding the colors: they look to be the female version of the Rams.

Which arena did the Rage play at when they moved into St. Louis for that short a time?

Which arena did the Rage play at when they moved into St. Louis for that short a time? Scottrade Center. It's where the Blues play now and where the NCAA wrestling championships are held. Fits just over 19K which is why I didn't mention it in my post above because I didn't think the LFL would want to use something that big.

Mortaza talks out of his *** and is a ****, so just ignore the last sentence of that article. He's making money off his league though, but the players don't see a dime.

The first season they got a percentage of ticket sales. After that Mortaza changed the status to an amateur league and doesn't pay the players. They get a lot of perks, like traveling around the country, being picked up from the airport in a stretch limo, paid hotel rooms, etc, but that's still not being paid. The girls who make the all-star team (a political process and not just performance based) get perks as far as going to foreign countries and playing while on the league's dime. Still, I'm sure all of them would choose getting paid over the perks.

Not that I was really interested in it anyways, but that last line is really classless in my opinion. Family Arena is run fairly well from what I hear. I've never heard one complaint about them. It may not be the biggest arena, but come on, its not like these are NFL caliber teams making NFL money.
Before even reading the article, the only place I could think of that could possibly host it is Chaefitz Arena. I've never been there, but I'm sure it would be good enough.
As far as other places, doesn't Collinsville have an arena of some sort? I'm not sure but I know that they hold ROH wrestling shows there often, I just figured it was an arena of some sort. I live about 2 hours west of St. Louis, but I go up there about every three weeks. Too bad they don't have a building of some sort inside Forest Park. That would be a good spot.

Mortaza and class have never been confused as being associated with each other.

I live probably less than 5 minutes from the Family Arena and when they actually had teams (Rage, Otters, Swarm, etc) the place was a great spot to watch games for the 10,000 seat arena that it was. It's nothing special but I've always liked going to events there. Hell, my HS graduation was even there lol. But as is life for most minor league sports, eventually people in the immediate area stop caring.
