I went with Wyoming, even though I'm not that impressed with them.
Colorado and Arizona I'm even less impressed with. Colorado will improve, but Coach Sanders hasn't done much this go around as the head man. Arizona is going to target mostly local players, so I have doubts that they'll even be competitive in their first year.

Poor Division
1. Colorado (2010's schedule prepared them for 2011) 2. Wyoming (Ifl talent is better than Aifa talent) 3. Arizona (tough being an expansion team)

Colorado
Knighton is coming back at QB, did pretty well the last 6 games in 2010 and Colorado's receiver core will be back and is pretty stellar ie Casimier, English and Sleeth. Purify will be back.
On defense, Oppenier who played only 2 games will return, and they signed one of the starting Alabama championship year LBs too.
All in all, the recruiting looks pretty good for the year ahead and I expect a good year.
As far as Sanders, in past years, he has had too many duties added while at the same time coaching.
I hear they are going to free him up to concentrate on coaching more when the season starts.
I expect that will help.
Colorado fans as whole are fickle. When CSU is winning, Hughes Stadium will draw 40,000. When CSU loses, they are lucky to have 5000.
Given the above, I think the owner understands this and believes winning means ticket sales and increased sponsorships in the years ahead, ie get with the program this year, start winning this season for stability in future years to come.
That's the plan I am hearing anyway.

I changed my pick to Colorado after the signing of Heron O'Neal as defensive coordinator.

This poll will be locked in 2 days once the season starts.
So far Colorado is the favorite to win the division.
