There have been years where the Blackhawks signed Beef players once they were done with the playoffs as well. Leif Murphy made a sportscenter highlight doing that one year.

With the possibility of Omaha losing its IFL franchise the CB team is looking to move to the new Ralston Arena and becoming the new Omaha team but hard to say if they decide to stay in APFL or go big. However there is a rumor that a new owner will create a new Omaha team to participate in the IFL. SC will probably never go back to IFL and I dont think the IFL wants to deal with Bob "pain in the ass" Scott. Oklahoma used to be in the IFL as the Bricktown Brawlers and saw what happened there. They revamped and became the Defenders. So Arena football/Indoor Football is a tricky business.

So was there a buyer for the Beef or is Sprowles back in control? And when did Buck sign with Council Bluffs? I thought is was Mcnear, Jones, Corely, Calbert, and Burrell, anyways I guess that is what yoou have to do to compete, change out one third of your team for better players.

As far as I know, which is a pretty good amount, The Oklahoma Defenders have ZERO affiliation with the Bricktown Brawlers. Not sure why the Wikipedia page says that but there are no ties, other than Lamar Baker being a DB's coach for 3/4's the season last year down there. No ownership ties at all. I know the Wikipedia page says that but, that is a mistake.

APFL Oklahoma is in Tulsa
Bricktown was OKC, and was co-owned by the owner of the West Texas Roughnecks
Can't comment on players because I'm not sure an accurate Brawlers roster was ever published.

Right, I forget the guys name, little dark haired guy. No Bricktown players were on the Oklahoma roster. Rumors are circling down here about the ADFL, Developmental Arena League. I hope not, I enjoy the Indoor game much more than the arena game. Tough call this weekend on the game in SC, not such a tough call on the one up your way Texx LOL. I'll go SF and CB. Final Answer.

Yes, Oklahoma Defenders were never associated with the Bricktown Brawlers (and wikipedia has a lot of errors on many pages).
The Sprowls' got control of the Beef back on 1 July. No idea on what they will do with them, but it's not looking good.
A new IFL Omaha team is also a possibility as I don't believe Sprowls' ever finalized a deal with the Ralston Arena (so the IFL could shut Sprowls' out if they do have a new owner).
The Express would need more investors to jump to the IFL, that's a longshot there.
The Express will either be in the APFL or a new league on the same level as the APFL.
The Defenders have the same options, or the AFDL (hope not).

Could the Express end up in Ralston and the APFL?

They could, but I suppose it would depend on what kind of rent each place charges, as I'd guess the crowds will be the same either place

If the new management of the Mid-America Center (Harrah's) doesn't want to work with the Express, it would behoove the Council Bluffs ownership group to get in contact with the Ralston arena before the Beef are sold.
The Ralston arena won't sign a deal with Sprowles, from what I understand.

Yes, I haven't heard anything "official" just the Beef are coming back, they have been sold, and will stay here, they have been sold and will move, and they are folding. Hopefully this helps.
