If the league stays at 10 teams next year, here's what should happen: Two 5-team divisions. Assuming league line-up stays the same (to assume makes an ass of u and me) Division I (hard to make an even north-south or east-west split) Wichita Tulsa Salina Topeka KC Division II Omaha Lincoln Sioux City Bloomington Mid-Mo Top 2 teams in each division advance Home and home in division single round robin out of division plus one extra out of division game for 14 games, 7 home and 7 away. Playoff tie breaker: 1. Head to head 2. Point differential head to head 3. Division point differential 4. Season point differential 5. Strength of schedule 6. Coin toss

Nice idea, but I assume perhaps a few teams will fold and a few expansion teams will come in (or it could just stay status quo ... anything's possible).
For 10 teams I prefer a 6 team playoff (that dead horse sure is smashed in). 6 playoff teams gives more teams hope of making the playoffs longer into the season (and usually they don't give up as quick). 6 playoff teams would also ensure a worthy team isn't left out of the playoffs for playing a tougher schedule (let's face it, the schedule will not be balanced). Etc, etc.
I doubt the league will move the SOS tiebreaker down (I expect them to keep it right after head-to-head).

KC has been sold. The team will return next year and have hopefully learned from their growing pains. They have a pretty darn good core to build from right now. Who is the new owner(s)?

Kearney would challenge Mid-Missouri at the bottom of the standings and might not even complete the season, the CPIFL should definitely pass.
