There's also a rumor out there of another team in Michigan joining the AIF ... forgot to put that in there.
There will be a lot of movement again this off-season.

I took the "1-2 AFL teams joining" under the IFL expansion rumors off the last update. The reason was because I thought the new IFL rule for 2016 that limits veterans (playing 3 years or more in any indoor or arena league) would scare off AFL teams. I was wrong. The 2 teams mentioned aren't scared at all according to reports. Those two teams are Spokane and Portland. There's a very real chance they could join the IFL for 2016.

The new IFL rule also seems to have changed the minds of certain teams defecting to the CIF. Whereas once a solid three teams, with interest from two others, were going to join the CIF, now it could be anywhere from zero to two.

Two IFL expansion teams and two CIF expansion teams are expected to be named soon. The CIF teams should be named by 1 July. All four teams are in the chart.

Myrtle Beach (SC) Freedom were announced as an X-League expansion team. Owner previously ran a semi-pro team, so unless he came into some money this will just end up as another underfunded and underplanned disaster. Teams in vacation spots never work either.

I've heard there is conflict between Morris and Coleman, so the AIF probably won't happen unless they can get past it.
The Racers' have a small venue that doesn't really fit in with the PIFL and I don't think they could afford the costs either. They would need some help to be able to go PIFL.
They may just end up folding, or maybe play semi-pro.
