Raiders look to come back from Sioux Falls beatdown extremely motivated to take their revenge on somebody, and Saginaw is in their line of sight.
Rochester 53, Saginaw 21.

The SF game was hardly a beat down, but it totally deflated the Raiders' egos. Now they can't just win every game and expect that to keep the fan base (what's left of it) happy.
Saginaw 32-20.

The Raiders front office has been unusually quiet after that loss to the Storm, so I have to assume they took the loss pretty hard and are probably putting as much pressure as they can on the coaches and players to do better since their egos rise and fall with the success of the team.
Featherstone, the Saginaw coach, also took their loss to the Rage very seriously and fired the offensive coordinator and promised to make as many changes to staff and personnel that he deemed necessary to improve.
Both teams have realized they are now playing against tougher competition and are taking steps to get better, which I like to see. This matchup will come down to which team has improved the most. I like what Featherstone is doing, but I think the Raiders have the edge. Anything can happen though.

I see that the Raiders released Kohn. How will the new QB play into the game this week? I actually thought he did ok against the Storm, considering the pressure that the D was putting on him.

It's good to see some teams see their problems and try to fix them... Little shocked Kohn got released he didnt play terrible, and there really want any blocking for him.

Definitely. That Storm line manhandled the Raider O'line. Looks like an overreaction by the owners to me.

So the question has to be asked, will the Raiders pull the Bandits Qb carousel from a couple years ago and play about 8 qbs.

Dave McCarthy "in his day" was a quarterback, and he has a very short leash for pivots. In 2007, two games in (both losses against Port Huron, which wasn't a big deal to most people), 2006 GLIFL MVP Matt Cottengim was released.
Omar Baker will probably take over. At least he won't play scared.
