SC put the ball on the ground so many times in the red zone, you'd swear Fred Jackson was playing for them again I don't know what was uglier, SC's jerseys or their o-line play. Horrible. Good thing the QB could scramble or he wouldn't have lasted the entire game. The season flashed before my eyes when TB went down with what appeared to be a very serious knee injury. Luckily, looks like everything is fine. How is it that every game our offense gives the appearance of being inconsistent and disfunctional for the majority of the time, but by the end we've still managed to scrape together 45-50pts?

Well, in all honesty the Storm defense looked great as always, but we need to get TB and the recievers clicking together as a unit. Smith and Treasure can not do it all. Yes, Terry has looked good this year, and gotten yards after the catch like never before. Kudos to him. But if we hope to take out Billings at home we need more offense. We need more catches to more OPEN recievers (yes, they were there..), and at least a game or two without an interception. I hate to dig on TB, I think he is a pretty good QB with a good head, but you're killin' me! Nice new twist on the keeper as well. Helps keep the D at home...

It seems like Strohbeens retirement will haunt Sioux City all season. If TB went down that'd be a title game hit to the Storm for sure. That is very true. Everytime I watch the Storm, well majority of time, they give the illusion that the other team can pull a win out, but so far in the last three years that's only happened three times and not once in the playoffs the last 4 years. It doesn't get better than that.

Yeah, I'm very impressed by Sioux Falls defense this year, especially the line play. They're the heart of the team right now in my opinion.

Oh and Player of the Game consideration has to be given to Matt Lien for converting not one but two horrible PAT snaps into 2pts conversions. The first one was the best. The snap bounces past him and the kicker, he runs to pick it up and instead kicks it to midfield. After chasing the ball down again, Lien does the safe thing and falls on the ball, but when he realizes no Bandit player is near him, he gets up and tries to run it in...from the 25yd line. He puts on a few moves, breaks a couple of tackles and then hits an eligible lineman in the back of the end zone for 2 pts.!!!

agreed, first, beat the Bandits again next week, then hope to find some offense to keep up with Billings.

Saw you clapping. That 2pt conv was probably the best one I've ever seen...lol. Hmmm, I have to agree with those that have already given the thumbs down on the Bandits new uniforms...they looked pretty bad. Whoa. Cherlene Richards for KELOLAND is hot. I wish she was on down here in Omaha, I'd watch local news once in awhile then...as opposed to never right now. I get my local news by word of mouth. Example: Man running down the street, "Tornado, run for cover," my response, "ok." Example 2: Girls running around wildly and screaming at the top of their lungs, "Hannah Montana in concert tonight in Council Bluffs, whoopie," my response is to mutter under my breath, "Note to self, avoid Council Bluffs tonight and distract daughter from the fact the dreaded hillbilly is in town." Example 3: Smirking coworker in rain gear, "Lovely weather we're having, eh?" My rain drenched reply in gale force winds and heavy rain without cold weather gear on, "Uh huh." I just don't watch local TV or news. I've been in Omaha 8 years now, but I'm still an outsider other than my affiliation with the Omaha Beef. That's just the way I am though, no fault of Omaha or anything. I may live and work in Omaha, but my mind is always on somewhere tropical. Cherlene Richards is worth giving up 30 minutes of my time a day for though.
