Yeah - Muskegon's paying its players; they're just not a very good team. Saginaw had a fair team, but lost at least one of their best players (Body) when the paychecks stopped flowing.
The CIFL was only sad to lose Muskegon outta that group (good owners, they just don't have a budget for the overpriced IFL)...and now we're all really seeing why.

Teams die in all leagues, only a handful have survived for long periods and that doesn't look to change anytime soon no matter what league it is. Even the mighty AFL isn't as safe as many previously thought. The CIFL has lost many a teams as well, and if they return next year will continue to do so.

Well not a good start for my picks this week. But holy cow how about Muskegon kicker Scott Greene making 7 field goals in the game!

The Muskegon offense still wasn't great, but it didn't make huge mistakes.
Sioux Falls won't get the 132-spot next week even if they try, but they'll still have little trouble. Muskegon simply isn't a very good team.

what's the record for points for 2 legitimate teams?
70-0 SF vs Peoria. several years ago?

Hm...no, it has to be more than that...Billings whooped on Sioux City 82-12 this year already...
At this point SF should just shoot for the IFL record (which is what, that 82 point output?). They could get that.
