Lots of teams in Michigan might lead to a road trip that accidentally ends up in Grand Rapids should a certain former Diesel DE winds up there.

Muskegon . . . lol Should be an interesting season with these CIFL additions. I bet the AIFA is just thrilled to death with the Raidahs right now. I'm sure the AIFA isn't surprised though, or anyone else for that matter. The Raiders should be a good addition though as you know they will give it their all.

We've got a name and have hired our head coach & assistant GM. We have also secured the arena. The logo is currently in the works. We will be holding a press conference in El Paso within the next two weeks to make an official announcement. Chris Abrego would make a great HC in El Paso. He was the starting QB for the last IFL team there and was a HC in the IFL at Centex.

The head coach I've hired I would take over Chris Abrego any day.

Rock River didn't pay their bills in the UIF and tried to make the UIF look bad on their way out. I believe the only way they are let back in is under new and much improved ownership.
Rochester and LV will have to have their keyboards locked away where they can't find them. Looked unprofessional on the message boards.
I can't speak to Saginaw and Muskegon other than to ask for some more background.

The IFL is the only league that plays regulation football rules inside an arena?
No...the CIFL rule set is closer to true NFL than the IFL. Good job, Bob...again he doesn't know what he's talking about.
You'll get used to that.
IFL - make sure you don't announce anything unofficially to the Raiders, because it'll go public whether or not it actually will happen. That's how they roll...

NIFL, UIF and CIFL were the closest to the NFL as far as indoor league rules. I hope the IFL will be along the same lines, and from what I hear that will be the case.

That was the point of the merger, they want to become the farm system for the CFL and NFL

Indeed - that's why I quite enjoy the CIFL game. Real defense all over the field - no linebackers raising their hands to go to the bathroom or any of that nonsense.
