The Missouri Monsters, based in Saint Charles, will be a UIFL expansion team for 2013.
Haines kept year one of the UIFL small and regional and had a little success (same as year one of the AIFL). This year he overexpanded and the $hit hit the fan (same as year two of the AIFL). In year three of the UIFL he'll once again be overexpanding and the $hit will be flying off the fan in all directions.
Oh yeah, Saint Charles will also be getting an LFL team and that news is the main part of the article below, skip to the end to see the blurb on the UIFL. I guarantee the LFL games will have better average attendance than the UIFL games btw.

Lingerie Football League announces franchise for Family Arena

ST. CHARLES • A Lingerie Football League team — featuring women in sports bras, shorts, football pads and helmets — expects to begin play next April at the Family Arena.
The league said the amateur squad plans to play its two home games next year at the county-owned arena although a contract has yet to be signed. There also will be two road games in the five-month season.
St. Charles County Executive Steve Ehlmann said he has no objection to the team. He said the league doesn’t violate county ordinances barring the booking of certain types of acts such as those promoting violence against police or women.
The St. Louis team will join Baltimore, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Tampa and Omaha in the league’s Eastern Conference. The Western Conference includes Seattle, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Green Bay, Chicago and Minnesota. The teams are owned and operated by the league.
Mitchell Mortaza, the league’s chairman, said Thursday that the league has played three seasons but is taking off this year to concentrate on establishing new leagues in other nations.
A name for the St. Louis team hasn’t been chosen. The league wants fans to submit possible names to LFLinSt.Louis@lflus.com. Player tryouts will be held from noon to 3 p.m. June 17 at Vetta Sports Soccerdome, 220 East Avenue, Webster Groves.
Meanwhile, the county has signed a three-year deal with the United Indoor Football League to bring men’s indoor football back to the arena. The Missouri Monsters will begin play next spring, said county spokesman John Sonderegger. He said the team will be operated by Florida-based Conquest Sports Management.
The last sports club to call the arena home was the River City Rage football team, which left in 2009. The arena last hosted indoor soccer in 2004, minor-league basketball in 2005 and hockey in 2006.
