It's not for sure, just a possible. I may or may not have jumped the gun on that status, we'll see. Worst case I upgrade them to folded.

Not for 2013. Perhaps 2014 though, we'll see.

*prediction* IF the CPIFL has a successful season, no teams folding, all games played, all teams solid and looking strong, they will gut the IFL taking Nebraska, Cedar Rapids, Omaha, and perhaps Colorado and the IFL will be forced to fold. Sioux Falls is done at that point since you know darn well the CPIFL will say "neener neener" and I have serious doubts about the AF-anything...
That also leave the other two strongest on the field teams, Tri-Cities and Green Bay out on a limb. Green Bay might be a bit of a stretch for the CPIFL geographically as I'm thinking they (the CPIFL) is looking to try and keep things within a "one bus driver" (aka less than 8-10 hours of travel)
Enjoy things while they last IFL fans

I'm not quite that doomy and gloomy. Leagues come and go all the time, when the IFL does go there will be another to take it's place. If teams really want to play, some league somewhere will take them.
