again, it's crazy to think Wichita could actually host the championship game when they really didn't earn a playoff spot by themselves! They are playing the hand they were dealt. They are still deserving of a playoff spot, it's not like they were a terrible team. Sioux City would be a playoff team in any of the other three divisions as well. Still, we all agree it's disgraceful that Sioux Falls and Corpus Christi were left out.

yeah, I mean, it's impossible to fault Wichita in this deal, just seems weird that a team who wouldn't originally be in the playoffs has a shot to host it's championship game.

They won the games they needed to win, something the Storm did NOT do...all Sioux Falls had to do was beat Billings twice...and they couldn't finish the job. blowing a two score lead in billings and then blowing another fourth quarter lead at home...Wichita won when they needed to.

SFS won 5 games that aren't being used in their win column. Save it.

I have never felt the penalties against the Storm made any sense. What I am saying is they still had an oppurtunity to get in the playoffs and couldn't...Two games against Billings they should have won...But guess what...they didn't...and you forget that Bloomington was inches away from taking them to overtime in week one and Wichita played them within four the first time they played. So maybe just maybe the Storm aren't the best team this year and get over it! *gasp*

also, just a little side note.....six of the storms ten wins and soon to be 7 of 11 with a win against Sioux City this weekend...are against teams who aren't or shouldn't be in the playoffs (Muskegon (2), Sioux City (2), Wichita(2))

and since the punishment was announced on April 24th...Sioux Falls is 2-3 against teams that will be in the playoffs, while Wichita is 5-2.

none of that changes the facts that Sioux Falls is really 10-3 and belong as the #1 seed in their conference.
