Listed below is the current list of teams (as of 25 November 2008) that will play in the IFL for the 2009 season and the divisional alignment they'll fall in. The final amount of teams is 19 (down from 24).

Previously announced as playing in 2009:
The expansion Everett Destroyers start has been pushed back to 2010.
The Frisco Thunder will go inactive for 2009 due to arena issues and hope to return in 2010.
The CenTex Barracudas folded.
The Lehigh Valley Outlawz folded (although no release has been issued...will they pop up elsewhere?).
The Louisiana Swashbucklers left the league and started up the Southern Indoor Football League instead.

That is not as bad as I feared things might get. I just wish we could get some official data from the league about what is going on for sure. At least you have the Bandits in the same division as the Storm, just as it should be!
