www.goifl.com/news/?article_id=2589uh... best fan base Chicago? um ok. I mean sure it's easy to say when they're averaging 5K but I think fans in Sioux Falls, Sioux City, Omaha, and Billings will agree to disagree on this choice Other than that I've got no qualms about any of the choices.

I agree. Even the 50 or so Spartans fans that made the trip to Chicago a few weeks ago were louder than their fans at times... in their stadium. Their announcer had to work to get the fans to make noise when they were on defense.
Must be mostly based on numbers.

I think its cool that the Spartans got the Community Relations award. They may not have won a lot of games, but they are doing the right things and will be here next season. Period. Texx- We will just see if we play each other.

Only problem I have is MVP. Sankey put up better numbers against way better teams. I would love to see Sankey's numbers against Maryland and West Michigan. Heck, Richmond beat Rochester twice, but Rochester did not have hardly any quality wins. They beat Richmond once and lost to West Michigan twice.
I know alot of people still question how good Richmond really is. I am one of those people and can't wait to see how things shake out in the playoffs.

I have to agree with you on the choice of MVP. It was nice Sankey was thrown a bone for Offensive MVP, but Richmond did have a very easy schedule and was able to put up inflated numbers. This will happen with a league as big as this though, so it's not a big deal, just a tad disappointing.

Im OK with Chicago taking the award. New comers to the league(not sure how long team existed) and pulling that much, ok in my book.

what about Dixon putting up the same numbers as Sankey (100 less attempts i might add)...in one less game...The Outlaws had to forfiet a game against Alaska that cost Chris at least five TD passes...(he is averaging six scoring passes aganst them)...
just my two cents... oh and he was FIRST TEAM ALL IFL QB-- makes no sense!

Definitely. Voting or going off stats is never perfect, but is there a perfect system?...nope. We just have to take what comes unfortunately.

So will the best fans in the IFL be traveling this weekend? I would venture to say that Banana Cat and his fellow Beef fans were larger in number then Chicago will be able to bring.

Lou (superpicker) should be going I'd think, but haven't heard from him lately. It would be nice if the "best fans" in the IFL could bring a bus or two though.
