Stingrays owner mentioned he was in discussions with two leagues and a possible third. I take it to mean the AIFA and SIFL as the two probable leagues with an outside shot at the UIFL. They could always relocate to another nearby city if they do end up joining the UIFL as they currently have no stadium deal right now anyway.

Moved the two (2) travel-only teams mentioned by league owner to possible expansion since they haven't been officially announced yet.

Changed River Monsters status to Folded. The UIFL now has a deal with their stadium so it is possible the River Monsters current owners could sell the team to the league and they could return that way (otherwise a new franchise will be placed there). The River Monsters could also relocate, but their chances on that front are pretty remote.

"The NKY River Monsters have not folded. They are swimming up stream to relocate. The team that will be in The Bank of Kentucky Center will not bear the River Monster name. It will be a totally different name."
