The Omaha Beef also have an all-male dance team called the Rump Roasters. They've been with the team for each of it's 9 years as well. Originally they all started as mostly overweight men and poked fun at themselves a lot. Now they have all ranges of body types and some are very fit. They do inventive dance routines nowadays and even perform with the cheerleaders. They've become very active in the community for the Beef and represent the Beef very well in that capacity.
I know the Billings team now has male performers as well, they were dressed in cowboy gear when I went up to Billings for the Omaha/Billings playoff game.
I don't know if any other indoor football teams has male performers or not.

Performers no. But the Swashbucklers at the "Smugglers Den" are very cool. 20 or more pirate re-en actors firing muskets with every swashbuckler score.

Yeah. With a team named the Beef, there've been a lot of cool plays of words off of that. Mad Cow (the most well known Beef fan) is my favorite though.
